Albany, MO--Head Coach Ross Hastert's Rock Port Blue Jays aren't experienced, but they're hungry.
Coming off a 5-5 season, Rock Port returns four-year starter Treyton Lewis at running back. He's the lone senior from a 2010 team that advanced to the first round of the Missouri State Playoffs. The Jays aren't big, but they're fast, and they'll look to capitalize on quickness by running a pistol offense with a sophomore quarterback to guide the attack.
Rock Port opens the season at East Buchanan on August 26th in a rematch of 2010's first round playoff game. The Dawgs downed the Jays 28-0.
