(ST. JOSEPH) Former Missouri Western football star Michael Hill was arrested early Thursday morning at a local bar.

Hill, 24, a running back for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, failure to obey a lawful order to disperse, and resisting arrest.

Police responded to a call about a large disturbance involving a fight at Tuck's Bar at 210 North Belt Highway just after 1 a.m., according to St. Joseph Police Department Captain Jeff Wilson.

Hill confronted the officers and was arrested shortly after. He was arrested on $250 bond on each charge and posted both early Thursday morning.

The former Griffon and Central High School graduate entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent and bounced around with the San Diego Chargers, Green Bay Packers, and Bucaneers during his rookie season.
