(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) It took 11 innings, but St. Joseph knocked off Rossville for the second time this season with a 5-4 win Thursday.

The Rattlers took a 4-3 lead in the top of the 11th, but Kyle Richards his a game-tying sacrifice fly to knot it up. Later in the inning, Jeremy Monty drove in Payton Scarbrough for the game-winning run.

The Mustangs (10-8 MINK) have now won four straight -- just one among MINK games, though.

Jace Anderson gave up two runs -- neither earned -- in three innings of relief to pick up his second win of the season.

Rossville jumped ahead first with a run in the first and another in the third, but that's all starting pitcher Jerad Hawkins would allow.

St. Joseph began chipping away at the deficit in the fourth inning. Kris Koerper sneaked a ground ball base hit through the right side to score Shane O'Connell.

Eric Swain scored Koerper on a ground out in the seventh to tie the game.

Koerper contributed once again in the eighth with a bloop go-ahead single into left allowing Zac Johnson to cross the plate. That put St. Joe ahead 3-2.

With two out and a runner on second, Kyle Simpson committed an error at third allowing Rossville's Aaron Gile to score the tying run.

But the Mustangs had enough left in the late innings to pull out the win.

Lucas Powers reached in the 11th on a one-out single, and came home on Richards' sac fly.

With one out and runners on first and second, Monty picked up the clutch hit to bring Scarbrough around for the walk-off win.

St. Joseph tries to keep the momentum rolling Friday at home against Omaha.
