Black and Bleu Pasta
 

Grilled Ribeye atop Pasta of Balsamic Onions, Mushrooms and Bleu Cheese Alfredo

 

Serves 4 people.

 

Ingredients: 

2 cups Alfredo Sauce

1 cup Bleu Cheese

1 recipe Balsamic Onions

1 cup Sautéed Mushrooms

1 pound Cooked Pasta

2 8oz. Ribeye Filets

 

 

Directions: 

1.  Make Balsamic Onions: 

            1 Onion, Julienned

            1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

            2 Tablespoons Sugar

Saute onion until translucent.  Add vinegar and sugar and reduce until liquid is gone. 

 

2.  Cook pasta to package directions.

 

3. Saute the mushrooms.

 

4.  Season and grill the ribeye filets to your liking and let rest.

 

5.  Warm the alfredo with bleu cheese, balsamic onions, mushrooms, and pasta. 

 

6.  Slice ribeyes.

 

6.  Plate pasta and top with ribeye and crumbled bleu cheese for garnish.
