Braised Chicken with Orange

2 pieces duck leg/thigh , pan sear until outside is crispy
 
1 cup chicken stock
Combine in covered pan and simmer for about an hour
 
 
Easy orange sauce
 
1 jar marmalade
½ stick butter
1T garlic
½ minced onion
 
Sauté the onion and garlic in butter
Gently heat/melt in the rest of ingredients
Add about 2 T of the braising liquid from the duck
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Serve with rice over the duck
