Chiefs Camp Parking Changing Again

After Wednesday night's record crowd, changes are being made to Chiefs Camp parking.<BR>
(St. Joseph, Mo.)  After Wednesday night's record crowd at Chiefs Training Camp, parking officials at Missouri Western State University are making some minor changes to the way traffic flows onto campus.

For starters, there will be more entrances into some of the paid lots.  Friday night, they'll start out with 3 entrances into lot H, rather than one.

Parking officials anticipated large crowds, but said the best way to avoid traffic is to arrive early.

"If you can arrive 45 minutes, maybe an hour early, that's going to allow you to get in enjoy the Hyvee food court, enjoy the kid's zone and be able to have an easier traffic flow into the game itself," said MWSU Athletic Director Dave Williams.

Missouri Western recently lowered the parking fee from $10 to $5.
