Chilled Pumpkin Soup
In a large blender put:

1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1 can sweetened, condensed milk
2 T. molasses
3 T. pumpkin pie spice, (OR use 2-3 T. cinnamon, 1 T. ginger, 1 t. cloves)
2 T. frozen apple juice concentrate
1 c. sour cream

Fill to the top line of the blender with milk. Blend for 10-15 seconds. You can freeze this base, or take one-half of the base and add 1 to 1 1/2 c. of 1/2 and 1/2.
