City Lifts Phase II of Emergency Snow Ordinance

The main roads in St. Joseph have been cleared enough for the City of St. Joseph to lift Phase II of the Emergency Snow Ordinance.

The advisory went in to effect on Saturday, Dec. 21 as the snow moved in to the area. That meant all vehicles had to be removed from emergency snow routes. Violators of the ordinance faced a ticket or tow if they did not comply.
