(HOUSTON, Texas) Clean Line Energy will host public open house meetings in Missouri communities near the proposed Grain Belt Express Clean Line transmission project.
The line will be around 750 miles of overhead line that will deliver 3,500 megawatts of renewable power from Kansas to Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and other states.
Clean Line will discuss potential routing options and provide the public an opportunity to give feedback. Routes are still under review and are subject to change based on feedback.
Meetings in northwest Missouri include:
Chillicothe Elks Lodge; 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Hamilton Methodist Church Family Life Center: 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Cameron Community Center: 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
St. Joseph American Legion Post 359: 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
