Creamy Mushrooms, Peas and Ham

Creamy Mushrooms, Peas and Ham
1/2 stick butter
1 shallot
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
8 oz. peas
1 c. cream
8 oz. ham, diced
salt & pepper
Parmigiano cheese
1 lb. bowtie pasta

Melt butter at a medium high temperature, add shallot and saute 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add ham and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add cream and let simmer for 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta. When ready, drain well and transfer into the mixture. Toss all together. Top off with cheese and serve.
