Creamy Pumpkin Sauce

Creamy Pumpkin Sauce

1 stick of butter
2 shallots-chopped
2-3 oz. of Brandy
pinch of crushed peppers
1 15oz can of pumpkin (plain pumpkin, no pie filling etc)
salt & pepper to taste
pinch of nutmeg
3/4 c of cream
1 lb bowtie pasta

Melt butter , add shallots and peppers and sauté 2-3 minutes. Add Brandy and let alcohol evaporate. After
1-2 minutes add pumpkin, nutmeg and cream, adjust with salt & pepper. Cook pasta, when ready drain and add two
mixtures together and serve.
