Crepes with Red Wine and Plums

Crepes with Red Wine and Plums by Chef Ralph
2 plums (peaches are OK)
Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Cup Red wine (most any)
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 cup corn starch mixed with cold water
Bring red wine and sugar to a simmer, add cornstarch and continue cooking until the sauce returns to a dark red color from the milkiness that was created from the uncooked cornstarch. 

Crepes (link for easy recipe below)
Put ice cream inside of crepe and fold it over.
Serve with plum sauce.
