There is a long waiting list of little brothers.
At least 30 boys, from the age of 7 to 14, need a big brother.
The organization asks that volunteers spend a few hours a week with their little.
One big brother, who has volunteered for a year, said his little has changed his life, and it benefits him to teach his little certain man values.
"As far as a handshake, eye contact, knowing how to treat girls, or women, or staying out of trouble in school, help with their homework. So, that's one of the things I've been trying to do," said Paul Lyles.
Interested volunteers must be at least 19 years old, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
They also must pass a background check.
