1 lb. cooked pork
1 small can sliced black olives
1 fresh jalapeno, sliced
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 jar salsa
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Rotel Cheese Dip:
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese melted with ccan of Rotel chiles.
Place chips on plate and cover with pork. Add additional topping to taste.
