Central Indians Challenge Teams, Fans to "Help Rebuild Joplin"

The Central High School Indians will collect donations on October 14 during their game against the Oak Park Northmen.
(St. Joseph, Mo.) Athletes from St. Joseph have issued a challenge to other football teams to help raise money for Joplin tornado victims.

The Central High School Indians will host a "Help Rebuild Joplin" awareness night on October 14 during their game against the Oak Park Northmen.

Freshmen players will collect money at the gate and at halftime.

The Indians are challenging other schools in the Greater Kansas City Suburban Conference to do the same in preparation for the Ray-Pec vs. Joplin game at Arrowhead the following week.

The Indians will deliver the donations during that game.
