Chocolate Cup Cakes by Ralph

Cake: White cake mix, use whole eggs and add 1 cup cocoa powder and 1/2 cup extra oil Truffles 1 cup cream stick butter 1 and 1/4 pound semi sweet choc chips bring cream to boil melt together and refrigerate Cheese filling 1 lb cream cheesecake 2 eggs 11/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup cocoa version 1 fill cupcake half way. add a truffle and cover then bake version 2 same as one but use 2 tablespoons of Chesapeake filling Version 3 mix 3 tables spoons cheesecake filling in with cup cake and bake. bake each at 350 until about done.

1 cup cream

1 stick butter

1 and 1/4 pound semi sweet chocolate chips

Bring cream to boil melt together and refrigerate 

 

Cheese filling

1 lb cream cheesecake

2 eggs

11/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup cocoa 

 

version 1

fill cupcake half way, add a truffle and cover then bake

 

version 2 

same as one but use 2 tablespoons of Cheesecake filling

 

Version 3

mix 3 tbs cheesecake filling in with cup cake and bake. 

 

bake each at 350 until  done.
