Chocolate Cup Cakes by Ralph
White cake mix, use whole eggs and add 1 cup cocoa powder and 1/2 cup extra oil
1 cup cream
1 stick butter
1 and 1/4 pound semi sweet chocolate chips
Bring cream to boil melt together and refrigerate
1 lb cream cheesecake
11/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
fill cupcake half way, add a truffle and cover then bake
same as one but use 2 tablespoons of Cheesecake filling
mix 3 tbs cheesecake filling in with cup cake and bake.
bake each at 350 until done.
