Creamy Lemon, Garlic Pork with Rigatoni
2-3 T. olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1 lemon zest
juice of 1 lemon
1 c. cream
1 lb. pork butt
salt and pepper
1 lb. Rigatoni
parsley

Cook pork with olive oil. When pork is ready, add garlic and let it cook for one to two minutes. Add lemon zest and lemon juice. Let the juice acidity evaporate, then add the cream and let it simmer. Meanwhile, cook pasta. When ready, add pasta to the sauce and add parsley. Toss all together and serve.
