Driver, Passenger Face Charges in I-29 Rollover

The accident happened around 1 a.m. near Cook Road. The truck went off the highway and overturned.
(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) Two people face charges following a rollover accident on I-29 Monday morning.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Princess Breeanna Brown, 19, lost control of the truck she was driving on the interstate near Cook Road around 1 a.m. The truck went off the highway and overturned.

Brown and passengers, Jacob Falso, 20, and Christopher Rudd, 18, were also injured.

The Highway Patrol said the truck, a 2001 Ford Ranger, had been reported stolen.

Brown now faces charges of first degree tampering with a motor vehicle, careless and imprudent driving and operating a motor without a valid license. Falso faces a misdemeanor charge of second degree tampering. Both are from Omaha. Rudd is from Homer, New York. Charges against him are still pending.

The investigation has been handed over to the Buchanan County Prosecutor's office.
