Flaming Burger

Flaming Burger
 (1/2 lb. burger on foccacia with tomatoes and provolone)

1/2 lb. lean ground beef
salt and pepper to taste

Cook in a preheated pan to desired doneness.
Set aside.
Flame pan.

Foccaica (buy or bake)
(about 4 or 5 large rolls)

1 c. warm water
1 T. yeast
1 t. salt
2 t. sugar
2 1/2 c. high gluten flour

Mix all but the flour.
When yeast is activated, add flour.
Let rise until doubles.
Punch down.
Form into 4" in flat breads (round).
Drizzle with olive oil, rock salt and pepper.
Bake until golden.
Slice for rolls when cooled.
