A St. Joseph non-profit is working through the summer to help collect shoes for kids before they head back to school.

The Grace House is looking for new shoes through July 2.

More than 250 kids are already on the list to receive a new back pack and a pair of shoes.

Grace House still needs shoes for teen boys and girls' sizes 7 to 12 to fill the need.

Donations can be made at the store at 504 Edmond.

The store is open on Tuesdays from noon - 5 o'clock p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to noon.

Grace House is moving from Edmond Street to 26th and Lafayette, where they'll continue to offer clothing and other items to those in need.
