Low Gas Prices Over Labor Day Weekend

Drivers across America are paying less for a gallon of gas this Labor Day weekend than they have in four years.
(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) Labor Day drivers are paying less for a gallon of gas than they have since the 2010 holiday weekend.

Drivers nationwide are paying around twenty cents less for a gallon of gas than they were last year.

According to Gas Buddy, drivers here in St. Joseph are paying as low as $3.12 a gallon.

Missouri drivers are paying around $3.22 for a gallon, while in Kansas, the average price is coming in at $3.27.

Gas Buddy expects that prices will continue to drop through the fall.
