Meatball Soup
BROTH:
1 T. lard or olive oil
1 medium onion, minced
3-15oz. cans of beef broth
2 T. garlic powder
1-15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 bag frozen peas and carrots
MEATBALLS:
3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb.  ground pork
1/3 cup Minute Rice
2 tsp. salt & 1 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
2 drops Mint extract
1/2 inch balls

Wilt onion in oil, add tomato sauce and broth.
Mix well, bring to boil, add meatballs
and peas & carrots,
Cook on medium high for 30 minutes.
