1 pound pasta, cooked
2 T. vegetable oil
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 T. chopped garlic
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pepper (red or any)
3 or 4 chopped tomatoes.
6 oz. chicken or shrimp (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with Parmesan cheese (optional)
In saute pan, heat vegetable oil, add chicken, onions, pepper and cook until done.
Add garlic and tomatoes, cook until just heated.
Add cooked pasta to reheat it.
Finish with chopped basil.
