Plans for Agri-Business Expo Center Move Forward

The expo center applied for nearly $2.5 million in tax credits from the Missouri Development Finance Board.
(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) Plans are moving forward to fund a regional hub for all things agriculture.

Leaders from the Agri-Business Expo Center met with the Buchanan County Commissioner's Office to go over a tax credit proposal.

The expo center applied for nearly $2.5 million in tax credits from the Missouri Development Finance Board.

The county's role is to sponsor the credits which would help in the fundraising efforts for the new multi-million dollar ag campus east of St. Joseph.
