Rollover on 36 Highway Leads to Minor Injuries

A one-car accident just after 8 a.m. on Friday left three people with minor injuries.
(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) A one-car, rollover accident on westbound 36 highway left three people with minor injuries around 8:15 a.m. on Friday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Buchanan County Sheriff's responded to the accident.

According to the crash report, Lisa Blackman, 30, of Kansas City was headed east on the highway when she went off the road and flipped the car. It landed in a ravine.

Blackman suffered minor injuries. She was wearing a seat belt. Her van was totaled.

Traffic moved normally past the accident and it did not affect the morning commute.
