Whole grains, tofu, meat, mushrooms or beans
Radishes, sliced onion, tomatoes and peppers
All you do:
Measure salad dressing into the bottom of a screw-top jar. Next, layer whole grains, tofu, meat, mushrooms or beans. Top with crunch and color: radishes, sliced onion, tomatoes and peppers. Finish filling the jar with enough greens to pack the jar tight. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. Pour into a bowl and enjoy a salad that's already in perfect order.
