Sausage and Pepper Bruschetta
 2 Italian sausage, sliced thin,
           sauté in olive oil
Add:
 1 chopped red pepper
2 chopped Roma tomatoes
1/2 can artichokes, chopped
1/2 cup (or so) parmesan cheese

Gently cook until thickened.
Serve with bread.
