But that "warm up" will still leave us below freezing; I'm predicting a high around 31 degrees (although if it gets warmer I won't complain).
The weekend looks colder, with a chance for light afternoon snow on Saturday; that should only amount to an inch or less across our area.
After Saturday, it gets extremely cold.
We'll barely get out of the single digits on Sunday, and Monday morning looks to begin well below zero.
Frigid temperatures prevail on Monday and Tuesday.
