5 lbs. flour
2 cups breading mixture
2 cups water
~ Tap cut onion to open petals.
~ Dip into batter mixture, ensure complete coverage.
~ Place into breading and coat entire surface (ensuring each petal is covered) is evenly coated with breading.
~ Fry in deep fryer at 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes.
~ Allow to drain upside down for 1 minute before serving.
