~ Cut beef tenderloin into 1 inch thick steaks.
~ Season entire surface of Medallion with your favorite steak seasoning.
~ Place 1 tablespoon of butter on non-stick skillet.
~ Place Medallions on skillet and SEAR for 1 minute per side.
~ Move Medallions to Grill or Grill Pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, rotate steak 90 degrees, and cook for 1-2 minutes. (This will result in a beautiful diamond pattern of grill marks.)
~ Flip steak and repeat process on 2nd side.
