Sirloin- cut into 1 ½ inch cubes
Yellow onion- cut into 1 ¼ in. squares
Red bell pepper- cut into 1 ¼ in. squares
Green bell pepper- cut into 1 ¼ in. squares
Tomato- cut into 1 ¼ in. squares
~Skewer sirloin cubes leaving about ½ inch space on both sides of skewer.
~Skewer vegetables in the following order: green pepper, red pepper, onion, tomato, mushroom, and repeat until skewer is full, leaving ½ inch of space on both sides of skewer.
~ Season meat and veggies to taste, or use your favorite marinade on both meat and veggies.
~ Cook meat to desired temperature on grill.
~ Cook veggies on grill.
· Note: Veggies will typically cook faster than meat, so start meat first.
