Welcoming Warmer Weather Today

We are expecting a high temperature above freezing for the first time since January today.
(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) It's been since late January that St. Joe has even seen a temperature above freezing.

And in that time, we've seen ice, snow, and low temperatures in the teens below zero.  We've missed work and school and it's been quite a mess.

But that will all change.

Today, expect the outdoor temperature to be above freezing even by lunch time, with a high in the afternoon in the low 40s.

We'll take a dip in temperature tonight and tomorrow thanks to a quick cold front; what snow melts today could refreeze on roads tonight so be careful!

There could be some light snow that falls after dark as well.

The highs over the weekend and through next week look much warmer than average and should delight anyone who is tired of "all this cold weather."
