Dulce de leche Pie
Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter (melted)

Filling:
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
2 bananas
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup powder sugar
2 oz. dark chocolate

For crust:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and press into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

For filling:
Pour condensed milk into a shallow baking dish and cover with foil, place in a larger pan and fill with hot water, half way up smaller pan and bake at 425 degrees for about 2 hours until milk reaches a dark caramel color. Let cool and whisk to remove lumps then pour into crust. Slice bananas about 1/4 inch thick and arrange on top of caramel. Whip cream and sugar in a mixer until firm peaks and use pastry bag to decorate whipped cream on top of bananas. Before serving, grate some of the chocolate over the whipped cream.
