Fudge Divinity "Napoleons"
3 chocolate-coated graham cookie squares
2 scoops Blue Bell Fudge Divinity Ice Cream (approximately 1/3 cup each)
Canned whipped cream
Chocolate shavings and/or chopped toasted pecans
Dessert topping (chocolate, caramel or raspberry)
Divinity candy, optional

Place one chocolate-coated square on a dessert plate. Top with a scoop of ice cream. 
Place another square on top of the ice cream. Top with another scoop of ice cream and another square. Press gently to adhere squares and ice cream. Place a small decorative swirl of whipped cream on center of the top square. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and /or pecans. Drizzle sauce around the base of the dessert. Add a piece of divinity candy to the plate (optional). Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving.
Note: For a smaller, less fancy dessert, you could also make a sandwich using 2 chocolate-coated graham cookies and a scoop of ice cream. Make ahead of time and store in freezer wrapped in plastic wrap. One sandwich makes 1 serving.


Fudge Divinity Sundae

1 scoop Blue Bell Fudge Divinity Ice Cream (approximately ½ cup)
1 oz. Peppermint bark, chopped or crushed
Canned whipped cream
1 Peppermint drop

Place ice cream scoop in a chilled dessert dish. Sprinkle with peppermint bark. Add a swirl of whipped cream and top with the peppermint drop. Makes 1 serving.


Hot Chocolate and Christmas Cookies

1 2x2-inch brownie, purchased or homemade
1 scoop Blue Bell Christmas Cookies Ice Cream, about ½ cup
1 to 2 T. chocolate fudge sauce, warmed
miniature marshmallows


Serve in a clear glass mug if possible, or use short clear glasses with a wide diameter.  Fit brownie into glass (may have to crumble into pieces.  Top with scoop of ice cream.  Cover ice cream with warmed fudge sauce.  Top with miniature marshmallows. (If you have a kitchen torch, you can lightly toast the marshmallows.)  Serve immediately.  Makes one serving.
