Galvin's Fresh Baked Cinnamon Rolls
Dough:
1 qt. milk
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
4 1/2 t. instant dry yeast
8+1 c. sugar
1 1/4 t. baking powder
3/4 t. baking soda
1 T. salt

Filling:
2 c. butter
1/4 c. ground cinnamon
2 c. sugar

Icing:
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 T. vanilla extract
1/2 T. almond extract
1/2 T. coconut extract

Heat milk, oil, and sugar to dissolve sugar, do not boil. Then, sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for a couple minutes. Add Flour and mix together. Let this rise for about an hour in a warm place, then add extra 1 cup flour, baking soda and powder, and salt. Roll dough on flour dusted table to 30 by 10 inches. Spread all filling over dough and roll dough toward you tightly. Slice dough in 1 1/2 inch slices and place cut side up on greased baking sheet pan. Let rise on pan for 20 minutes, then bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until light brown. Mix all icing together and spread on warm rolls. Now enjoy.
