Gluten-Free Fried Chicken Tenders
1/2 lb. chicken tenders

1 c. milk
2 eggs

2 c. soy flour
2 t. turmeric (for color)
salt and pepper
Mix all together.

Mix eggs and milk.
Coat chicken with flour mixture. It will stick better if you let it set in the fridge for about one hour. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Enjoy with any sauce you wish!
