Kids got a chance to have their fun at "Trick-or-Treat Street."
Hundreds of little ones lined up at East Hills Mall for the KQ2's annual "Trick-or-Treat Street" event.
Some of the best characters went through a spooky trail for early Halloween candy.
Parents said, this event provides a safer environment for their kids.
"It's safer because you don't have to worry about anything scary happening to you," said Misty Moon.
Participants who entered the costume contest can vote on our website starting Monday.
