1 lb. of Wells Family Farms Grass Fed Beef Ground
¼ cup fresh chopped basil
¼ cup fresh chopped sage
¼ cup fresh chopped savory
1 clove garlic minced
1 small onion minced
½ cup grated cheese
Combine ground with garlic and onion. Form 8 thin patties. Sprinkle the herbs and cheese on 4 of the thin patties, then cover with the other 4 thin patties, press edges together.
Pre- heat cast iron skillet add burgers, salt and pepper to taste, cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes. Turn and cook without the lid until desired doneness. Enjoy!
