Lino's Pork Ragu

Lino's Pork Ragu

1 sm. onion chopped
1 celery stalk chopped
1 carrot chopped
pinch crushed red pepper
3-4 tbs. olive oil
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb italian sausage
1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
salt & pepper
 1 lb penne pasta
1/2 c white wine

 In saucepan, sauté onion, celery, carrot & crushed red pepper in olive oil. Sauté  2-3 min.
Add  sausage and pork.Cook until meat is browned, season with salt & pepper. When  meat done, is  add crushed tomatoes.  Bring to a boil
, let simmer. Meanwhile, cook pasta, when ready-drain.
