Mall Employees Deal with Black Friday Madness

(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) While shoppers scurry around the store looking for their items, employees have to deal with the crowd and keep things in order.

That isn't always the most fun for them.

A J. C. Penney employee, at East Hills Mall, has worked Black Friday for the past six years.

She said it's 'chaotic and crazy,' and she's expecting this year to be even worse because the store opened earlier than usual.

"Lots of people, lots of messes, and a lot of confusion. It's also adrenaline rush, too, though," said Regina Snyder.

Snyder is a part-time employee at J. C. Penney.

She worked nearly 10 hours on Black Friday.
