Margarita Cheesecake

Stage one

1 – 7 oz sweet condensed milk

½ cup sour

1/8 cup of lime juice

1/8 cup of tequila

1/8 cup of triple sec

1 tablespoon of gran gala

½ teaspoon of green food coloring

1 ½ lbs. cream cheese

1 tablespoon of fresh squeeze lemon juice

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 tablespoons of sugar

1 teaspoon orange extract

1 teaspoon of lemon extract

1 teaspoon lime zest

1 cup sour cream

Stage 2

1 16 oz. cool whip


Blend all ingredients with hand mixture. Place all ingredients in skillet and bring to a simmer until temperature reaches 165 for 20 seconds. This will cook all the alcohol out.  Remove from heat  and place in the refrigerator to cool. Once cooled, add whip cream and mix well until there are no streaks.
