Pasta Alla Carbonara
1/2 lbs Guanciale
Pecoring Romano cheese
1 lb spaghetti
Put guanciale in a frying pan on med high. and let cook 4-5 minutes, just till translucent.
Set aside away from heat. Meanwhile beat 4 eggs in a bowl and add cheese and pinch of salt & pepper.
Cook spaghetti and then dain, keepin cup of drained water from cooked pasta. Add pasta to guanciale, mix and make sure all gets oal andadd the egg and mix thoroughly.
