Penne Pasta with Roasted Bell Pepper Sauce
 

3 or 4 servings

 

½ lb. penne pasta (boil package)

1 cup cream

1 pepper (red or yellow)

½ cup parmesan cheese.

 

Roast over open flame until charred, hold in covered dish for a few minutes.

Rinse black off the pepper.

Remove seeds.

Heat cream to a simmer, hand blend in roasted pepper, whisk in cream.

Serve over past.
