Pico de Gallo
3/4 c. diced onions (one small yellow onion)
3/4 c. fresh diced red onions (one small red onion)
1 T. granulated garlic
2 lbs. fresh diced tomatoes
1/4 c. fresh lime juice (two limes)
1 oz. fresh lemon juice (half a lemon)
1/2 c. chopped cilantro
1 T. coarse black pepper
1/8 c. diced fresh jalapenos (2 fresh jalapenos)
1 t. salt

Add diced tomatoes and onions. Then mince the jalapenos fine so that they don't overwhelm the recipe. Chop the cilantro and mix all vegetables. Add fresh squeezed lime and lemon juice and mix again. Finally add spices and mix.
