Publisher Faces Sexual Battery Charges

The Kansas Attorney General's Office filed a criminal complaint accusing Dana Foley of committing offenses against three separate individuals.
(TROY, Kan.) The owner/publisher of several regional newspapers faces charges of sexual battery and harassment by telephone.

The Kansas Attorney General's Office filed a criminal complaint accusing Dana Foley of committing offenses against three separate individuals.

The complaint states that the alleged offenses began in 2008, involving a victim born in in 1964; continued in 2009 with a victim born in in 1980; and again occurred in 2011 with a victim born in 1988.

Foley faces five counts of sexual battery and three counts of harassment by telephone.

He is scheduled for arraignment in Doniphan County Court on April 23.

The case is being prosecuted by Special Assistant Attorney General Kimberly King.
