Slightly Above Freezing By the Afternoon

We should see a high temperature in the mid 30s today, which will melt a little bit of the snow already on the ground.
(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) With some nice sunshine and a southerly push from the wind, we should see a high temperature slightly above freezing today.

But most of the focus is on the big changes by Friday, with a chance for freezing rain, sleet, and snowfall.

Snow accumulation looks to be pretty low, but road conditions could be pretty treacherous for at least a 24-36 hour period.

Early next week, temperatures get above freezing again.
