Soppapilla Bits
2 inch by 8 inch piece of soppapilla dough

43-45 peppermints
1 cup powder sugar

We will heat our oil to 375.

Then cut our dough in half horizontally, then in half again diagonally and continue cutting diagonally until you have 12 pieces.

Add the peppermints to the dry food processor and pulse 6-8 times.

Fry the dough on each side until dough becomes fluffy and golden brown.  Remove from fryer and add to tablespoons of powder and shake.
