Spicy Squash

Spicy Squash

All you need:

 1 squash (butternut, acorn, etc.), cut in half and seeded

2 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

¼ teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon honey

2 teaspoons hot water


All you do:

1.       Preheat oven to 350º F.

2.       Place squash in roasting pan. 

3.       Whisk together oil, chili powder, sea salt, honey and hot water. 

4.       Drizzle over squash.  Roast until tender, 30-45 minutes.
