After landing a top spot on America's Funniest Home Videos, Paisly Hiserote, and her family, are now $3,000 richer.
"Just the fact that we were top 3. We would've taken third, you know, and been completely happy with it," said Megan Martin, Paisly's mother.
The video shows the 3-year-old imitating a Halloween toy at her great-grandma's house.
"It was great. The opportunity to go out there, and then to even walk away with money, it's just, it was great," said Genevieve Norton.
Norton, Paisly's grandma, submitted the video to the show. She received a call six days later saying they were a top-three finalist.
The family said the call was something they never expected.
"It was a little surreal. It really was," said Norton.
"At first she didn't really understand that she was gonna be on television. So, I think that gave her a better look at, oh, I'm on TV. That's what we were doing in California," said Martin.
Martin said the despite coming in second, the overall experience made them a winner.
"Just the fact that we got to go to California, and be on the show, and experience something that not very many people get to experience. It was incredible," said Martin.
Now that Paisly has seen herself on national television, she's giving herself a new title.
"I'm a super star," she said.
The family says they will use the money for Paisly's college funds, or a trip to Disney World. Whichever they choose, they said it will be put to good use.
