Richard Lewin is featured in a video put together by St. Joseph's NCAACP.
He was one of 250,000 others who gathered in Washington D.C. in 1963.
Lewin was involved in other civil rights movements, but said none were quite like this.
He says the best part about the march was watching the crowd take in Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech.
"Everyone was almost in unison. And, everyone was captivated. It was, uh, an experience of a lifetime to be there, and I'm so glad I had the opportunity," Lewin said
